Bag a Bug Printable Game Patterns

 Turn your insect unit into an exciting bug-collecting adventure! In this hands-on printable game, children roll the die, travel from insect to insect, answer fascinating questions, and try to “bag” the matching bugs before the other players collect them.

 As they play, children learn about insect anatomy, behavior, habitats, life cycles, defenses, and other amazing insect facts. Eight special question cards explore insects mentioned in the Bible, helping children connect science and Scripture in a fun and memorable way.

Correct answers give players a chance to collect bugs—but they can only take a bug that matches the insect on which they landed. Will they find the bug they need, or has another player already collected it? The player with the biggest bug collection at the end of the game wins!

The learning continues after the game. Children can examine their collected bugs, compare their characteristics, and sort them into the correct insect groups. This provides an engaging introduction to observation and classification skills.
